EMQ is a Hong Kong -based company focusing on mobile remittance.

It is licensed by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department as a Money Services Operator with branch offices in Taiwan and China.

The application is available for Android 4.1 and up and coming soon for IOS.

 

As of the moment, EMQ currently support money transfers from Hong Kong to the Philippines but the application are also available in other countries like Taiwan, Hong Kong ,China, Macau and USA.

§ Russell, the Email and Chat Specialist §

 

Russell joined Telexpress Manila for more than 4 years.

She handled various accounts which include HTC ANZ (Email and Chat Support), OPPO Style Global Email Support and now EMQ.

 

For those who don’t know, she is a hard working mom to 4 kids.

Even though she has a busy schedule taking care of her kids. She always makes sure that it will not affect her performance during working days.

 

In fact, she also received various awards and certificates for her exceptional performance.

The major key for this success is her dedication to work and love for her family.

 

 

 

§ Rhon Robby, Anime and Techie Enthusiast. §

 

By the way he is the youngest member of the group.

 

He has been with the company for more than 2 years supporting different accounts like HTC ANZ (Phone, Email and Chat), EMQ and HERE ANZ.

As a Technical Support Specialist, he always makes sure to learn new things to help customers solve their problems.

Aside from being reliable to his responsibilities, he does not have any attendance problems which gave him awards.

 

Every weekend he watches Anime series and play computer games to relax himself.

The biggest lesson that he learned from one of his favorite Anime which is "One Punch Man" is that you have to be confident and be yourself.

A lot of us think how simple this advice is and overlook this principle but being confident is the fundamental truth.

I’ve been with Telexpress for more than 5 years.

I’ve handled accounts like HTC Global Email, HTC PH, HTC ANZ, OPPO ANZ, EMQ and HERE ANZ.

 

My dedication and performance results some awards and promotions. 

By the way, this is my first BPO Company and throughout the years I’ve learned many things as a Customer Service, Technical Specialist and Shift Team Lead.
