It has been the tenth year since Telexpress entered China market. In 2006, Andy Hou recruited the first employee Tony Lee and developed Telexpress China Eastern Region Shanghai operation center. They have built up the infrastructure of operation center from zero. In the initial stage of the operation center, it experiences the hard time due to less brand awareness, these long-term slump brings high restriction rate and strength lost.    

At the time, Amy Wen - the China Eastern Region Chief Operating Officer took over the management responsibility. During that hard time period, she even needed to control all the detail spending even a toilet paper cost, in order to keep enough resource, maintain the earning and looking for growth opportunities. All employees overcome the hard time to wait for dawn ahead. We keep struggle during the hard time, finally, there is an opportunity come in, and the team work together to make the growth happen. Once the brand awareness is increasing which bring more opportunities, the team work close again to get the business. In order to extend our capacity, we have established Eastern Region Nanjing Operation Center in 2010, at the same time we recruit the first employee Violet Jiang. With two operation center capacity and scale increasing, the brand awareness of Telexpress is growing. Therefore, we believe the opportunity is for the people who are ready and believe in insistence.              

Then after a period of long-term painstaking efforts, we have got a second growth although there was a bad time in between. Because of this growth, we have established the operations center in Southern China in Shenzhen in 2015, recruiting the first employee Vicky Zhang. With three more emboldened operations centers, we have got China’s largest and prepared for long time client in a short time which become the leading group of customer service in China. After a decade of efforts and the trend of China market, the long planned China headquarter will complete in July 2016. This magnificent office not only has a gorgeous appearance, it represents a hard working spirit of both China and Taiwan side. We show the strong determination to develop China market; meanwhile, it is our pioneering new milestone in the China market.

The meaning of the idiom “start from little”, once we have the solid foundation structure, we may establish the churches we wish in heart. Along the road, there will be many challenges and risks, what we can do is to do it step by step, believe in yourself and believe in the partners believe in the company, all the way forward, this story sequel to be with everyone involved in the completion !
